CUSTOMER LIABILITY AFTER ACCEPTANCE:
A deposit of 50% of the total bill, is required to reserve the rental of the items. This deposit is not refundable. The signature of the customer is required to confirm the order and also to indicate that the order is correct. The total bill, it should settle three days before the event.
For any cancellation request must be notified up at 3pm the day before placement. In the event the order is canceled at this time, only the deposit will be retained. If full payment of the invoice has been received, only 50% of the cost of the order to the customer will be refunded after the date of the event. The total cost of the order will be charged if the same had been delivered in the time specified in the contract, even when not in use.
If required by the client, make changes to the contract five days before the event, there will be a charge of $ 250.00 pesos each time it is requested. If the change is made after the delivery of an order, charges for labor, and a second trip to the event will be charged. If any service is delivered or required accessories and not used, the client will assume the entire cost and no refund will be made. Any total generated changes to an order must be settled immediately at the end of the event.
Containers are provided to ensure you receive your rental items undamaged, disinfected and ready to use. Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be certain equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the elements. Charges will be assessed for missing, broken or damaged items and linens that are lost, broken, burned or dirty beyond cleaning. The total replacement value is charged in addition to the rental fee incurred for use. Please take care of candle wax as it may permanently damage most linen. Credit card is required as security for any damage or loss potential is required.
Before your event, designate one or more persons to assist with the installation and dismantling of its elements, so you are not scrambling for help at the last minute. If the customer is not present when the delivery or installation of equipment, TALBOT ACCESORY ROSS EVENTS RENTALS is made, it can not be held responsible for shortages or discrepancies. However, if the customer has a problem with the equipment or any defect therein, shall notify us immediately to rectify the problem or defect.

TALBOT ROSS ACCESSORY EVENT RENTALS reserves the right to cancel the installation or removal of equipment, due to weather or other conditions that could jeopardize the safety of personnel or equipment at risk.
Our recommendation is to use the items as recommended TALBOT ROSS EVENT RENTALS not return because of the conditions in which they were leased, will be an automatic charge of $ 350.00 pesos.
Customers are responsible for damage to equipment or missing. These will be charged at current market prices. We suggest you provide a complete monitoring and surveillance all equipment rented from being delivered until it is withdrawn by us.
When any object that needs batteries is involved in the contract, a package with extra batteries may be required for the event. Returning all items must deliver all of the above and if necessary due to lack of battery (stock and new) will consider an additional cost.
All washable as (base plates, candles bases) must be left clean, rinsed with hot water and in original containers. Like tablecloths should be returned without food and in special bags (those provided by us) to prevent any damage. Any damage to, will be charged at the current market price.
Please be available to count and check all items at the time of delivery, otherwise all charges will be considered accurate. Our delivery personnel to stack all items in a mutually convenient place directed.
